AT&T’s Mobility & Entertainment Channel Marketing & Marketing Operations organization is committed to transforming our industry and delivering on our goal of a premium, effortless mobile and entertainment experience.

As a Lead Manager, you will be responsible for managing complex projects and vendors to support analytics and reporting across wireless, video and broadband product groups for the national cross-sell and acquisition direct marketing organization within AT&T’s Entertainment Group.

Responsibilities
  • Own and evolve performance reporting and dashboards of KPIs to provide key insights for leadership.
  • Partner with the Market Mix Media modeling team on data mapping and management.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize critical work tasks for the organization.
  • Partner and foster strong working relationships with key resources both inside and outside of the organization.  Demonstrate experience in engaging with different functional teams and business units to drive project success and optimization.
  • Make decisions and deliver on highly visible key projects in a fast-paced environment inherit of constant change.


Additional Information:

Qualifications
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Office suite of products – Including Power Point, Excel, Outlook and SharePoint
  • Experience with tools and techniques used to measure direct marketing programs, including A/B Testing and Treated vs. Control attribution measurement methodologies
  • Working knowledge of relational database theory, metadata, and direct marketing campaign list development including experience in the development of mail lists for direct marketing
  • Analytical, comfortable working with data, and strong project management & communication skills
  • 7 years related, relevant experience
  • Desired
  • Knowledge of telecommunications industry and terminology
  • Bachelor’s degree with concentration in General Business, Marketing, Finance, Economics or Management
