About the Role
The Knowledge Content Curation Manager will be responsible for engaging with internal stakeholders to manage insights submissions into a knowledge management solution (KM solution) and prioritize strategic knowledge gaps in collaboration with key market research experts. For example, engaging with business unit point of contact (POCs) to identify their information needs and coordinating the submission, publishing and quality control guidance of insights into the knowledge management solution. The Knowledge Content Curation Manager will help promote collaboration through the organization's operational business processes, people, and systems by strengthening links between disparate groups and seamlessly facilitating the exchange of insights across the enterprise, and help to nurture a knowledge sharing culture. A critical component will be developing an understanding of existing business units and domains and the connections between them, as well as an understanding of AT&T business acumen and methodologies. This position will report directly to the AVP of Knowledge Management.
Principal Responsibilities:
- Proactively coordinate with business units to identify and encourage submission of relevant insights and engage them in using the KM solution
- Maintain awareness of the existing insights within the KM solution in order to quickly identify relevant content to address stakeholder requests
- Support the culture of knowledge sharing through training and communications, and serve as the evangelist for KM initiatives across AT&T business units and related marketing initiatives
- Understand and recognize key challenges / roadblocks to KM behavioral change and support the development and execution of effective change management programs
- Apply knowledge of information architecture / taxonomy, including metadata tagging, folksonomies, and related structures to improve findability and usability of knowledge
- Ensure high quality content management for insights in the KM solution, including identifying knowledge gaps, promoting relevant timely content, and enforcing governance standards
- Work with the AVP of Knowledge Management to review KPIs for adoption, usage, and improvement and summarize benefits, outcomes, and improvement opportunities to leadership
- Work with the AVP of Knowledge Management to evaluate and revise KM Program policies and procedures and align them with broader organizational policies
