architecture and design of Network and Systems Infrastructure to support
Linear/OTT video and associated applications delivery across private and public
cloud. Design and develop the next generation of linear, streaming, and
application video network architecture. Design and build Network and Systems
Infrastructure to support Cloud DVR. Ensure intermediary broadcast, broadband,
and OTT video storage infrastructure will meet growing needs of increased 4K
content, AD generation, cloud DVR and AEIS’s combined platform VOD needs. Use
VBScript, Shell Script, SQL, Oracle, MySQL, Stingray (ZXTM), Squid, F5 LTM, F5
GTM, Brocade ADX, Microsoft NLB, Node.js, CSS Bootstrap, VMWare, Selenium,
Jenkins, Git and Ansible platforms, Agile, and Kanban. Utilize SDN, cloud
design and technologies. Perform VNF design and on-boarding. Perform network
routing, switching, and automation. Develop strategies and deploy solutions for
underlay and overlay Network Automation. Troubleshoot networking issues with
multicast/unicast networks, ensuring consistent low latency and network
resiliency for video delivery. Perform edge traffic engineering, including CDN
setup and integration for high cache efficiency. Develop and Deploy strategies
for network security, including DDOS, WAF, and content delivery/acquisition.
Utilize Multicast Routing Protocols such as PIM-SM, PIM-SSM, MSDP, and PIM-BSR.
Utilize network technologies, including MPLS, routing protocols, and
forwarding; and common infrastructure components, including IPAM, DNS, and
DHCP. Work with load balancers, firewalls, and perform virtual and physical
infrastructure design. Travel required.
REQUIREMENTS: Requires a
Bachelor’s degree, or foreign equivalent degree in Computer Science, Computer
Engineering or Electrical Engineering, and 5 years of progressive,
post-baccalaureate experience in the job offered or 5 years of progressive,
post-baccalaureate experience using Java, C#, HTML/CSS, JSP, Servlets,
MySQL, Stingray (ZXTM), Squid, F5 LTM, F5 GTM, Brocade ADX, Microsoft NLB,
Node.js, CSS Bootstrap, VMWare, Selenium, Jenkins, Git and Ansible platforms,
Agile, and Kanban, CDN, and performing Network Routing, Switching, and
automation. Travel required.
