This position requires client location/office presence a minimum of 1 day per week and is only located in the location(s) posted.  No relocation is offered.

We are seeking a highly skilled Unified Communications Consultant with extensive experience in Microsoft Teams and other Unified Communication platforms. The ideal candidate will have:

  • Deep understanding of Microsoft Teams, including its configuration, deployment, and management.
  • You will be responsible for ensuring seamless communication and collaboration across the organization by leveraging Microsoft Teams' capabilities such as chat, video meetings, file storage, and app integration.
  • Additionally, you should be proficient in managing Teams Phone, including direct routing, Operator Connect, and Microsoft Teams Calling Plans 1.
  • Strong understanding of other Unified Communication platforms and technologies. This includes experience with VoIP, PSTN, and audio/video conferencing solutions.
  • You should be adept at integrating these platforms with existing IT infrastructure and ensuring their optimal performance.
  • Excellent troubleshooting and analytical skills are essential, as you will be responsible for diagnosing and resolving complex issues in a multi-layered network environment.
  • Strong customer service skills, including effective communication and task prioritization, are also crucial for success in this role 1.

Our Lead Consultant Prof Services ATC, earn between $120,200 - $180,200 + commissions with a total target compensation of $150,200 - $210,200. Not to mention all the other amazing rewards that working at AT&T offers.
