DUTIES:                                 Perform daily traffic analysis on both UMTS and LTE sites within the Market to ensure baseline capacity needs are met using both Vendor and Corporate key performance indicators (KPI). Manage, develop and coordinate database structures including quality analysis and coverage for global system for mobile communication (GSM), universal mobile telecommunication service (UMTS) on wireless platforms using coverage maps, TEMS and RF propagation model tuning tools. Work with National RAN Capacity Team to develop site growth plans required to meet forecasted demand of both voice and data traffic. Accurately forecast site exhaustion of available spectrum resources. Prepare and present site case study to support capital project request needed to mitigate the pending capacity concern. Manage, develop and coordinate database structures including long term evolution telecommunications service (LTE) on wireless platforms using coverage maps, TEMS and RF propagation model tuning tools. Analyze RAN data to recommend optimal changes to RAN network to improve all key indexes and performance indicators. Manage E911 Routing and Compliance for global system for mobile communication (GSM), universal mobile telecommunication service (UMTS), Long Term Evolution telecommunications service (LTE). Ensure new network elements are tested, routed, documented, and compliant with FCC E911 public safety standards.


Additional Information:

REQUIREMENTS: Requires a Bachelor's degree, or foreign equivalent degree in Electrical Engineering or Electronics Engineering and 1 year of experience in the job offered or 1 year of experience managing, developing and coordinating database structures including quality analysis and coverage for global system for mobile communication (GSM) and universal mobile telecommunication service (UMTS) on wireless platforms using coverage maps, TEMS and RF propagation model tuning.
