JOB TITLE: Senior-Technology Business Analysis
JOB LOCATION: 208 S. Akard Street, Dallas, TX 75202 [and various unanticipated locations throughout the U.S.; may work from home]
DUTIES: Be involved in all phases of Software Development Life Cycle including requirement gathering, analysis, design, development, testing and deployment. Manage the product backlog and develop structured, easily maintainable code and update after production rollout and sprint planning meetings. Participate in daily scrum, release planning activity, and iteration planning activities. Ownership of end-to-end completion of user story including creating acceptance criteria, participate in Sprint Demos of user stories and approving of the user stories. Design end-to-end order automation APIs flow in eCommerce ordering platform. Liaise with AMDOCS OMS API systems to complete successful order automation. Design JSON/XML schema attributes, Visio flows and capture all the system level requirements in user stories in tools such as Rally, IBM and TDP from requirement elicitation workshops. Develop extensible technical design, participate in code and test scripts reviews throughout lifecycle to identify issues and provide functional overview in debugging issues in production support. Utilize technologies including AVOS, Camunda (Groovy scripts), Java Framework (ATG, FUSE), Visual Basic, JSON/XML, C, C++, MySQL 5.6, MySQL 5.7, MySQL Workbench, TOAD, GitHub, Linux, RDBMS, Bash , AWS , AWS RDS, ksh, scripting, and XML Report. Work on methodologies including Agile, Waterfall, Prototype, RUP, Unified Modeling Language (UML), OOAD and CMMI.
REQUIREMENTS: Requires a Bachelor’s degree, or foreign equivalent degree, in Computer Engineering, Computer Science or Information Science and 5 years of progressive, post-baccalaureate experience in the job offered, or 5 years of progressive, post-baccalaureate experience in a related occupation utilizing technologies including AVOS, Camunda (Groovy scripts), Java Framework (ATG, FUSE), Visual Basic, JSON/XML, C, C++, MySQL 5.6, MySQL 5.7, MySQL Workbench, TOAD, GitHub, Linux, RDBMS, Bash , AWS , AWS RDS, ksh, scripting, and XML Report; working on methodologies including Agile, Waterfall, Prototype, RUP, Unified Modeling Language (UML), OOAD and CMMI.
