About the Team
Omni-channel Analytics Product Team is part of the Omni-channel Engineering team under Strategic Platform which aligns to the broader AT&T platform from a data collection standpoint and to build the next generation Data Collection, Data Pipeline and Data Management solution which serves our business customers with ease of data access, consolidated information in a central place and build to new data models which make reporting easy, scalable, multidimensional to slice and dice, serving operational and business needs with near real time reporting capabilities.
About the Job
The job is responsible for understanding Analytics product features, collaborating the product manager and the dev team to break the work down into appropriate size stories and dependencies groomed for development. Align design approach and development framework with application architect to ensure analytics solutions are well aligned to with the analytics platform architecture. Also evaluate the design and approach for mitigating risk for scalability, performance, availability and data loss.
Responsibilities and Day-to-Day View
Align and collaborate with development team to a shared technical direction and partners with those teams in elaborating the Solution and its interfaces; Validate technology assumptions; Establish critical NFRs at the solution level, participate in the definition of others. Create and enable the Continuous Delivery Pipeline including: Participate in planning, definition, and high-level design of the system solution and explore alternatives; Develop the Architectural Runway in support of new business features and capabilities. To develop, analyze, split, and realize the implementation of Omni-Channel Analytics platform enablers; Participate in feature and sprint planning, system and solution demos, retrospective workshops; Understand technical characteristics of and assist with architectural integration of external analytics and tag management components, systems, and platforms.
Managing Analytics Product and Tag management Release across AT&T Consumer experiences
Supporting Weekly 3rd Party Tag Management and Tag Release across all Dev, Stage and Prod Environment.
Supporting Analytic Tag Releases across all Dev, Stage and Prod Environments.
Supporting Analytics Tool and Utility Releases
Prod Support and Defect Fixes
Prod defect fixes across 3rd Party Tag, Analytics Tags, Page Performance issues and Analytics Tools
Development, Admin and Operations Support of Analytics tools : Concerto, Data Viewer, Raptor DB, Adobe API Viewer
Required Skills and Experience (3-5 years):
Experience Data Pipeline and mS Development for highly reliable and available solutions using Azure cloud services. With back ground in Java Script, Type Script, Full Stack Developer, Cloud Services Development Experience. Including data diagnostic. CI/CD skills. SQL and Data analysis
Ability to manage production triage and deployment for highly available analytics data pipeline functions.
Experience developing and designing web client event data capture frameworks and integrating with 3rd party tags
Ability to perform defect management using tools like TDP, JIRA, iTrack, AgileCraft, develop defect fixes, coordinate their validation and deployment.
