As a Senior Customer Experience Strategist, you’ll collaborate with a senior strategist optimizing our client experiences for the strategic Mid-Market Business segment. You’ll focus on developing customer journey maps, conducting end-to-end gap analysis and measurement, change management and strategy alignment. Additionally, you’ll co-lead experience-design workshops and assist in primary and secondary research, gathering valuable consumer insights to help formulate and recommend solutions that will enhance the consumer’s journey.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in primary and secondary research to understand the customer experience and synthesize to land on actionable insights.
  • Develop artifacts that tell the story of the customer experience such as storyboards, customer journey maps, personas, and service blueprints.
  • Socializes the North Star vision of the customer experience throughout the organization.
  • Builds relationships and partnerships with internal stakeholders.

Qualifications:

  • 2-5 years experience in CX design, Service Design or Experience design
  • Ability to manage workflow independently and work through ambiguity
  • Knowledge of CX best practices, Human-Centered Design, and workshop facilitation
  • Bachelors degree in Service Design preferred.
