About the Team
CQE Defect Mgmt is building a team of resources who would be working specifically on analysis of data related to defects and test execution. Help and work with leaders to come up with requirements to build Defects and execution dashboards in Jira and Power BI. Discuss across cross functional teams and bring continuous improvements to the dashboards.
About the Job
Lead on Defect Management Dashboards in power BI and Jira related to test execution progress, defect trends, metrics. Calculating the overall MTTR and MTTI for defects that would help us analyze and improve and speed up triaging, development time, quality, velocity. This will help us achieve and improve over all time to market.
Responsibilities and Day-to-Day View
The team would be responsible for analyzing the defects metrics and trends and come up with process improvements that will reduce the overall defect MTTR and MTTI. The key role is data analytics and support of all Integrated/E2E Testing defects across Digital and Agent Assist for supporting multiple strategic initiatives using Jira and PowerBI dashboards. We are building various dashboards in Jira for defects to drive daily leadership awareness of defect ownership and accountability as well as trends for key metrics with defects such as turnaround, investigation time, defect leakage, etc).
Desired skills:
Salesforce, Jira, Apache JMeter, MS Power BI, Dashboarding, Tableau, ELK, Eclipse, Bitbucket, Selenium, Jenkins, Salesforce, Telecom, Certifications or Tools.
Job Contribution: Expert level technical professional. Advisor on technical knowledge and ATT technologies.
Education: Preferred Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Applied Science, Electrical Engineering, or Math; Developer nanodegree; or equivalent experience.
Experience: Typically requires 8-10 years experience. Technical Career Pathway (TCP) rol
Our Principal-System Engineers earn between $141,300 -$211,900. Not to mention all the other amazing rewards that working at AT&T offers. Individual starting salary within this range may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training.
