Job Description Summary:
The Lead Technical Consultant 1 provides expert technical sales support to ensure the successful integration and implementation of Wireline, Wireless, and IT Products/Services. This role involves contributing to the unit sales plan through both pre-sales and post-sales technical consulting activities.
Key Roles and Responsibilities:
Provide technical consultation during joint calls with Client teams.
Consult with customers, sell, and support company products and systems.
Offer technical expertise in sales presentations, product demonstrations, and the installation and maintenance of company products.
Ensure systems function according to specifications and address customer inquiries concerning system software and applications.
Develop and deliver systems/applications solutions tailored to customers' business, information, technical, and educational needs.
Analyze standard practices, procedures, and data to resolve technical issues.
Demonstrate full working knowledge of assigned company products and services.
Assignments may be at customer sites, remote response centers, corporate locations, or other sites.
Build mini-applications based on customer requirements to demonstrate the feasibility of applications, often requiring rapid prototyping.
Work independently with minimal supervision.
Education and Experience:
Typically requires a bachelor's degree.
Prefers 3-5 years of engineering and/or sales experience.
Supervisory responsibilities: None.
