Job Overview

Job Description:

Identify, plan, and execute marketing strategies for new or existing Wireless and Broadband products or services to increase return on total investment and drive profitable growth for the consumer product portfolio.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Plan and implement marketing strategies and test & learn opportunities that support organizational marketing objectives for volume, revenue, profit, customer acquisitions, retention, and satisfaction.
  • Lead E2E marketing of Wireless and Broadband product.
  • Deliver 360 degree cross-functional plans for WLS and BB consumer marketing, partnering with Product Marketing/Management, Marketing Operations, Creative, Media, Channels, Base Marketing, etc.
  • Quickly analyze, assess and provide a strong recommendation to leadership on plans and partner requests.
  • Must be detailed-oriented with strong PowerPoint skills.
  • Identify key competitive threats and demographics within the market and build effective strategies to differentiate and compete effectively.
  • Develop comprehensive and timely communication of Wireless and Broadband marketing strategy and initiatives to local market leaders and across the organization.
  • Responsible for understanding and ensuring marketing campaign performance reporting is effective to guide strategic marketing decisions; Examples: Test vs. Control methodology (TvC), Lift %, CPIGA, ROI, Churn, Gross Ads, Penetration
  • Ability to adopt quickly to change, optimize marketing campaigns where necessary and communicate both positive and negative impact of initiatives to leadership.
  • Stay updated on industry news, market research reports, and competitor announcements to provide timely insights and recommendations to senior leadership.

This position requires 3 days in the office weekly and may change based on the needs of the business.

Our Lead Product Marketing earn between $143,800 - $215,800 of TSR. Not to mention all the other amazing rewards that working at AT&T offers. Individual starting salary within this range may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training.
