As a Lead Product Development Manager, you will oversee the development, marketing and sale of a product or set of products throughout the product life cycle. You’ll partner with our business, technology and UX teams to design moderately complex products or product lines that will meet the needs of the business with minimal investment while providing a competitive advantage for our product portfolio.
Key Responsibilities:
·Serves as the central resource with design, process, manufacturing, test, quality, and marketing as the product(s) move to production and distribution.
·Plans and develops new products.
·Prepares and presents business cases for new products while developing execution project plans and roadmaps.
·Works with tech dev to acquire estimates.
·Works with Product Lead to request funding.
·Documenting customer requirements into final product design.
·Managing projects from inception to launch.
·Bringing new products to market.
·Creative solutioning of product / system challenges.
·Partners with:
o Strategic pricing
o Channel marketing.
o Product leads.
o Technology Development Team.
o Billing Operations.
o Marketing.
o Customer Care.
Required Qualifications:
·6-8 years’ experience in product management, product development, or project management.
Desired Qualifications:
·Bachelor’s degree in business, Computer Science, Mathematics or Statistics
Our Lead Product Management and Development Managers earn between $128,400 - $192,600. Not to mention all the other amazing rewards that working at AT&T offers. Individual starting salary within this range may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training.
