This position reports up to the Director of Finance in the Vrio (DIRECTV Latin America) Consolidation and Planning team. It requires a highly analytical, self-motivated, attention to detail, organized candidate comfortable with working across multiple organizations as well as skip-level management. The primary duties of this role include preparing monthly flash, working on CFO PowerPoint presentations for AT&T Board Meetings, Chairman Ops Reviews and other leadership conferences, variances for monthly results reviews (foreign currency vs operational variances) and Vrio compensation metric reporting.

The candidate should be able to have a big picture mentality and be able to manage through others such as the local country planning teams and peers. Additionally, in this key role the candidate should have excellent communication, Excel and PowerPoint skills since the candidate often works directly with the CFO/Vice President and Assistant Vice President and needs to work efficiently and effectively.

Other responsibilities include reporting, ad hoc analysis, and special projects. Reporting responsibilities include providing data the AT&T Corporate Financial Planning, AT&T Corporate Reporting and Tax teams. Ad Hoc analysis varies in nature but typically provided to support DIRECTV Latin America CEO & CFO data requests.


Experience:

Typically requires 5-7 years’ experience, familiarity with AT&T financial reporting and planning systems (e.g. MR2020 and Mercury Financial Planning)


Required Skills:

Finance or Accounting Degree. 

 Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.


Preferred Skills:

CPA, CFA or MBA.

Fluent in Spanish or Portuguese.
