Description:
The person in this Director role is responsible for understanding underlying industry/competitive trends, customer needs and evolving product benefits in order to analyze and run business cases on promotions for Mobility. You will be responsible for modeling promotions, running business case analyses and working with OEM’s and partners to manage the promotions budget. You will develop, implement, track and analyze marketing promotions to ensure we hit the Mobility internal and external objectives.
Details:
- Lead, develop and execute comprehensive promotion plans that effectively differentiates AT&T and drive sales to meet our quarterly objectives
- Lead marketing promotion analysis and act as single point of contact for business case development
- Partner with finance and accounting to ensure we are aligned with our goals and management of the promotional investments
- Manage equipment pricing ensuring revenue and margins are delivered working with OEMs on pricing strategies
- Identify business growth opportunities, make recommendations, and develop plans in conjunction with cross functional teams to proactively grow the business going forward
- Work with the distribution channels on unique or private offers available in respective channels
- Manage Marketing Development Funds (MDF) working with internal product and OEM contacts
Qualifications
Required:
- 7+ years of marketing experience in wireless/telecommunications, financial analysis or high-tech industry with experience in business case development
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and lead cross functional teams from ideation to completion
- Versed in financial analysis and able to work with the accounting and finance organizations
- Proficiency with MS Office suite
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business or similar discipline
Desired:
- 2+ years’ supervisory experience
- Advanced PowerPoint and Excel
- Advanced degree and/or MBA
