Job Overview

Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced and results-driven individual to join our AT&T Business Product and Pricing team as an Assistant Vice President (AVP) Market Development - Product Revenue Analyst. As an AVP, you will lead a team of data analysts responsible for tracking AT&T Business product revenues, conducting revenue forecast analysis, and suggesting strategies to boost revenues and improve trends. You will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth and enhancing the financial performance of our organization. The successful candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a background in finance and economics, quantitative expertise, and strategic thinking capabilities.


  1. Team Leadership: Lead a team of data analysts responsible for tracking AT&T Business product revenues. Provide guidance, support, and mentorship to ensure the team's success in conducting revenue analysis, forecasting, and strategic recommendations.
  2. Revenue Tracking and Forecasting: Oversee the tracking and analysis of AT&T Business product revenues. Collaborate with the team to develop accurate revenue forecasts and monitor performance against targets. Identify revenue trends, risks, and opportunities, and provide insightful recommendations to drive revenue growth.
  3. Pricing Analysis and Competitor Comparison: Review pricing strategies, billing practices, and system impacts to optimize product pricing and maximize revenue. Conduct thorough analysis to compare AT&T's product revenue with competitors, identifying areas for improvement and developing strategies to gain a competitive edge. Incorporate external data sources, including industry trends, competitor data, and economic forecasts, to provide a holistic view of product performance.
  4. Revenue Operations Planning: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive revenue operations planning and ensure alignment across the organization. Work closely with finance, sales, marketing, and operations teams to incorporate revenue insights into business strategies and initiatives. Develop and maintain comprehensive revenue reports, dashboards, and key performance indicators (KPIs). Provide timely and accurate reports to leadership – highlighting revenue trends, risks, and opportunities.
  5. Strategic Business Improvement: Utilize finance and economics background, quantitative skills, and strategic capabilities to identify opportunities for business improvement. Conduct data-driven analysis to uncover revenue enhancement opportunities, cost optimization strategies, and overall business growth initiatives. Propose and implement strategies to increase product adoption, upsell opportunities, and customer retention. Identify opportunities for automation and optimization to enhance overall efficiency and accuracy.

    Our AVP of Market Developments earn between $188,100 - $282,100. Not to mention all the other amazing rewards that working at AT&T offers. Individual starting salary within this range may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training.

    AT&T will consider for employment qualified applicants in a manner consistent with the requirements of federal, state and local laws.


    • Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, business administration, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
    • 10+ years of experience in revenue analysis, financial analysis, or related roles with demonstrated expertise in leading teams preferably within the product or technology industry.
    • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and guide a team of data analysts.
    • Solid background in finance and economics with a deep understanding of revenue analysis principles and financial metrics.
    • Excellent quantitative skills with expertise in data analysis, forecasting, and statistical modeling.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights and business strategies.
    • Advanced proficiency in using analytical tools and software (e.g., Power BI, Excel, R, Python) for data analysis and visualization.
    • Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to convey complex concepts to diverse stakeholders.
    • Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
    • Proven ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and drive alignment on revenue-related initiatives.
