We’re designers, researchers, design program managers, and content strategists with wildly different backgrounds, skillsets, and passions. What you’ll do
Using a combination of skill, creativity, and leadership, you’ll help AT&T set the vision for a diverse set of future experiences and products.
You will collaborate with product leaders to identify, prioritize, and plan future creative projects for our teams to address. By matching business objectives with customer needs, you’ll shape those opportunities with our partners to bring cohesive solutions across our touchpoints online, in stores, and when customers reach out for support. You’ll be successful by maximizing our team’s potential impact to customers, employees, and business outcomes.
In leading creative projects, you’ll develop key artifacts like journey maps, service blueprints, and experience strategies that influence business leaders and decisions. You’ll work in a dynamic environment, collaborating with team members and cross-functional stakeholders to guide a project’s strategy, activities, and outcomes.
