Sales Program! B2B Application Sales Consultants will serve as subject matter
experts in technical solutions, consultative selling, revenue generation and
advise direct sellers as well as customers on suitability of products based on
technical needs. B2B ASCs will be the technical lead for driving sales and be
pivotal in molding the next generation of sellers within AT&T.

Key Roles and Responsibilities:

Responsible for selling complex technical products and new
and emerging application services, generates sales, and supports the sales
efforts of direct sellers by leveraging product, industry, and/or technological
expertise. Engages with accounts a specialist as opportunities are identified.
Leads the sales and technical team in support of the sale of the products,
services and solutions. Demonstrates working knowledge of new and emerging
application services and products.

Lead without authority and by example! Sets a positive and
can-do culture amongst their peers, supported teams and program at large.

Coaches and develops sales managers and their direct reports
on sales strategy, tactics and technical solutions. Prepare proposals,
presentations, bids and pricing for complex solutions.

Evangelizes emerging products, applications and technology
to internal partners and customers in order to increase revenue generation per
customer.

Requires a strong, working knowledge of company products,
services, technology and processes.

Maintains a daily presence in Irving and Dallas.
Education: Typically requires a Bachelor degree

Experience: Typically requires 1-3 Years of sales experience
as a technical overlay, experience in sales coaching and management highly
sought out, proven history of success in a high volume sales environment
