Want to make a material impact on AT&T’s success and operate at the intersection of Business and Technology?  Join the team focused on one of the fastest growing areas inside AT&T – Small Business.   The Lead Product Management & Development for SMB Planning & Program Management accomplishes strategic objectives by managing multiple project activities driving growth for Small Business across all products.  Achieves operational objectives through recommendations and action plans tied to the strategic plan.

Key Roles and Responsibilities:

•    Implements productivity, quality, and customer-service standards by resolving problems, completing audits, identifying trends, determining system improvements, and implementing change.
•    Researches, designs, plans, develops and evaluates new products by translating and documenting customer requirements into final product design. 
•    Analyzes customer needs, identifies priorities for new products or services and enhancements. Defines market, including competitive analysis and definition of product functionality. 
•    Prepares and presents business cases for new products and services. 
•    Partners with business, technology and UX teams to design a product that will meet the needs of the business with minimal investment. 
•    Creates product roadmap and project plan. 
•    May be responsible for managing budgets, acquiring estimates and the requests for funding. Assigned complex products or product lines.

Education: A bachelor's degree is preferred

Experience: 
•    SMB experience.
•    6+ years of experience in Planning and Program Management.
