RIS I is the delivery of regional IT services to the end user. We offer support of end user devices including desktop, workplace peripherals, and voice and video devices. We support local and campus area networks, including wireless and cable plant.
AT&T has an opening for a ServiceNow Engineer - The candidate will be the ServiceNow Subject Matter expert responsible for the development of a complete on-premise enterprise solution for a large managed services contract with specific Service Level Agreements. Create requirements definitions and technical specifications documentation plus load, manipulate and maintain data between Service-now and other systems. The candidate will work with IT managers to generate views and reports as needed, analyze and fully understand user requirements and current procedures in order to improve system capabilities, automate process workflows and address scheduling limitations throughout the development and delivery of the ServiceNow roadmap, be competent with ITIL/ITSM processes. The candidate should be a self-starter that can identify requirements and assemble and lead a small team to produce results. The ability to learn and expand into other related technologies is desirable. Strong background in ITIL, Agile development, requirements definition, and systems development.
Required Skills, Experience, and Education: Fourteen (14) years’ experience in programs and contracts of similar scope, type and complexity within the Federal Government is required. Bachelor’s degree in System Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering Science, Engineering Management, or related discipline from an accredited college or university is required. Five (5) years of additional SE experience may be substituted for a bachelor’s degree.
Required Clearance: Candidate must have a TSSCI with Polygraph. (#polygraph)
Desired: ServiceNow Developer/Administrator (System Engineer L2) with DoD 8570.01-M appropriate certification
