Client Solutions Executive 3 (Government)

Columbia, Maryland

This Sales Hunter role generates sales of AT&T Cyber Security products to Federal customers, primarily the U.S. Air Force.

Key Responsibilities: Identify, develop, and close sales opportunities for delivery of AT&T Cyber solutions. With the assistance of support resources, identify customer needs and lead development of customized solutions. Build/maintain a network of internal and external contacts to share information and obtain prospects. Initiate customer contacts/visits with prospective clients within the Federal Government. Demonstrate extensive technical knowledge while acting as a subject matter expert for the entire AT&T Cyber product/service portfolio, both with external clients and internal team members.

Specific Job Tasks: Research customers and identify sales opportunities. Initiate customer contact. Develop responses to Request for Proposals. Use consultative selling skills to close highly complex sales to the Federal Government. Understand and sell in accordance with Company policy, procedures and culture. Identify keys trends and customer needs. Leverage industry knowledge and competitor insight to find and close opportunities. Own pre- and post-sales account relationships. Responsible for meeting revenue, sales, and other performance metrics. Demonstrate a sustained record of sales achievement.

Previous Cyber/IT product sales experience required. Prior Federal/DoD sales experience highly desired. Active security clearance highly desired. Ability to obtain a security clearance required.

Education: Typically requires a Bachelor degree.

Experience: Typically requires 8-12 years direct sales experience.

Required Clearance: Must be a US Citizen and possess or be able to obtain government clearance
