As an AT&T Entertainment Sales and Service Consultant, you’ll have an opportunity to provide AT&T customers with a positive sales and service experience focused on our entertainment, broadband, and mobility products.  Not only that, you’ll also:
  • Provide AT&T customers with a best in class sales and service experience
  • Interact with multiple online systems while speaking with customers
  • Meet sales quotas and service objectives in a fast-paced call center environment

Our
Entertainment Sales and Service Consultants must be able to:
  • Be available to work any scheduled hours: Monday – Friday 8:00 am – 7:00 pm and Saturday 8:00 am – 5:00 pm
  • Complete on-the-job and/or classroom training as required to remain on the job
  • Receive satisfactory results from a background/employment history investigation and drug screening
  • Computer skills and sales background preferred but not required!

In addition to STRONG communication skills, our Entertainment Sales and Service Consultants must:
  • Satisfactorily complete on-the-job and/or classroom training
  • Effectively use multiple systems to identify and communicate products that meet the customer’s needs, and resolve the customer’s problem in a productive manner
  • Work day, evening, holiday, night, weekend and/or split shifts if required
  • Receive satisfactory results from a background/employment history investigation and drug screening
  • Qualify on pre-employment screening
  • Operate a computer and have basic keyboarding skills
Qualify on the following:
  • Pre-employment screening
  • Customer Experience Assessment-Sales (CEA-Sales)
  • Customer Service Assessment (CSA)
