DDI Programmer

Tier 3 DDI Architect programmer is needed to provide Service Delivery and Service Assurance DNS/DHCP/IPAM support for multiple clients. The programming support would include utilizing Nokia QIP, Infoblox, BlueCat and cloud-based platforms. Programmer's duties will include managing tools performance, providing tech support, supporting various vendor scripts, reviewing and updating existing tools code, identifying and fixing defects, supporting data architecture, generating reports, developing in-house software, and mitigating potential risk.
The ideal candidate for this role must possess superior coding skills, excellent communication, high concentration levels, good task management, and superior problem solving along with critical thinking skills. Essentially, the outstanding Programmer must enhance the efficiency and cost-effectiveness of tools, resolve errors, and design programs that are customized to our organization's needs. It would also include performing analysis of the customers DNS/DHCP environments in order to ensure high availability of these critical services.


Key Competencies and Skills:
Coding and debugging.
Designing and testing code structures.
Troubleshooting tool code errors.
Writing scripts based on vendor code.
Managing database systems.
Maintaining operating systems.
Editing source-code.
Profiling and analyzing algorithms.
Network scripting background supporting Infoblox, BlueCat, Nokia QIP and RedHat bind platforms.

Education and Qualifications:
4 year College degree in Technical background preferred.
Networking experience preferred.
1-3 years of experience in a similar profile is preferred.
Ability to multi-task in fast-paced 24x7x365 dynamic support environment
