entertainment.  As part of our Business Sales team, you'll work with small
to large enterprises as well as government agencies to sell our full-scale
business solutions.

Job Description:

• BDM position will
primarily be responsible to sell professional services in a specific territory.

• Territory will be defined
by geography or specific accounts within a region. 

• Must be self-motivated,
highly consultative in their selling methods, goal oriented and results driven.

• Formulates sales plan for
assigned accounts and may provide input sales strategies for region.

• Ensures forecasts are
met.

• Helps with difficult
customer problems and participates in important negotiations with key
customers.

• Assists in planning sales
strategy and training sales representatives in implementing plans. Spends a
majority of the time in the field. Requires organizational and technical
knowledge sufficient to resolve complex problems.

• Develops tactical
strategy to accomplish plans. Executes on Sr. leadership strategic direction.

Required Skills


• 7-10 Years Sales Experience

• Self-motivated, highly
consultative in their selling methods, goal oriented and results driven.

• Formulates sales plan for assigned
accounts & may provide input sales strategies for region.

• Requires organizational and
technical knowledge sufficient to resolve complex problems. Develops tactical
strategy to accomplish plans.

• Executes on Sr. leadership
strategic direction.

Desired Skills and Education
  • 10 or more years of relevant sales experience
  • Knowledgeable of AT&T functional / process areas
  • Bachelors of Science in Engineering, Computer Science, or MIS is preferred
