Summer intern 2018 - Service Assurance Team (Part-time)

AT&T is looking for an energetic, enthusiastic student/graduate to fill a summer internship role in AT&T Brno.

Roles and Responsibilities:
As an Intern you will work alongside Service Assurance Teams ensuring successful delivery of assigned activities.
The role will focus on taking responsibility for several operation task and/or several activities within improvement projects.
Within this role you will have opportunity to touch operation of Service Assurance teams as well as utilize tools used for operation and help to progress with small projects or improvement opportunities.
You will demonstrate the ability to work with a diverse team to develop and maintain a solution consistent with organizational objectives and compliant with all processes and procedures.
You will be cooperating with various people across Service Assurance organization.

Key Competencies and Skills:
• Advanced English - B2
• Good time management
• Good communication skills
• Willingness to learn
• PC skills - internal database and tools
• Ability to work independently
• Self-starter, motivated, interested in telecommunications

Education and Qualifications:
University/High School Student of Technical/Engineering area

Additional Information:
Length of internship: 3 months (from July/August until September/October)
Type of contract: Part time (20 hours per week)
