In AT&T Brno, we are currently looking to hire skilled Senior RAN Network Specialist.
Within your role in the team your responsibilities will be to:
- Efficiently evaluate network failures and provide suitable reactive responses, collaborating with multiple support organizations to streamline activities and minimize customer impact and loss.
- Work on a flexible schedule, with working hours of 5:30-14:00 and 11:30-19:00, and adapt to swing shift when required.
- Possess desirable knowledge in LINUX to enhance network management and troubleshooting capabilities.
- Proficient in RAN Network technologies (e.g., NodeB, eNodeB, gNodeB, and specific Nokia and Ericsson equipment),
- Small Cell Network (e.g., Access Points, Femto Gateways, Small Cell Switches, and Routers), and Distributed Antenna Systems (DAS).
- Analyze indicators such as RSSI, VSWR, and KPIs to assess cell performance, resolving or isolating faults within the network.
Qualifications:
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in fluent English.
- Networking and RAN Experience required,
- Familiarity with AOTS-M is desirable
- Previous experience in a Network Operations Center is highly desirable.
- Desirable knowledge in LINUX to enhance network management and troubleshooting capabilities.
- Expertise in 5G and LTE technologies.
- Adaptable to working in a fast-paced, structured environment
- Nice to have: Skills in Python or other scripting experience is a valuable asset
Working Hours:
- The position requires a flexible schedule, with working hours of 5:30-14:00 and 11:30-19:00, and the ability to adapt to swing shift when needed (either Sunday to Thursday or Tuesday to Saturday work schedule)
- Hybrid model: 2-3 days in office needed
