Focuses on continuous operations, incident, change and problem management of supported configuration items. The main goal is to act as the highest level of Technically Capable individual to trouble shoot and resolve the High severity Incidents and outages in the customer's production environment while maintaining highest level of compliance adhering to Company Policies and Procedure by achieving a high level of customer satisfaction.

For this position we are searching for 4 experts in any of following areas:
• Datacenter routing/switching
• F5 load balancer
• Voice expert
• Security expert

Roles and Responsibilities:

1) Datacenter routing/switching DC Network engineer is responsible primarily for managing client’s network across DCs in Europe. Overall support of whole network including branches. Participates on design and deploys network solutions, performs network changes of medium and high complexity and criticality Configures various types of devices, supports LAN / WAN infrastructure and interacts with internal and external partners to complete tasks. Skills/profile/responsibilities: • assist in the root cause determination of network related problems. • able to solve complex technical problems, including those which require research and/or extensive analysis in order to resolve. • decisions impact both AT&T internal organizations and the availability, reliability and resiliency of client networks. • responsible for, but not limited to, technical data validation, site design, equipment list, IP addressing, device configuration, assessment, technical evaluation, technical troubleshooting and problem solving. • acts as Subject Matter Expert across multiple teams and organizations. Is looked upon to solve the engineering problems. • supporting in rota shifts plus 24/7 On Call support when needed Qualifications: • University degree or comparable skills from long term working experience with Cisco devices (Juniper, Security accreditation an advantage) • At least 7 years of experience in managed campus network service area • Excellent technical and non-technical skills in the following areas: - Proficiency at the techniques that go into the formulation of architectures, including requirements discovery and analysis, application of abstraction, formulation of solution context, solution alternatives identification and assessment, technology selection, and architectural configuration - Practical skills and experience with many network application and infrastructure products, technologies, and services - Must be able to provide technical leadership for network integration of cross tower services, and transform high-level network solutions into detailed implementation designs - Must be able to establish, implement, and enforce appropriate standards in the creation and implementation of the solution whenever project requirements call for or would benefit from the use of standards - Must be able to demonstrate mastery of written and verbal communication skills which include the ability to stay on subject, leverage the use of good feedback, and use content appropriate for the audience - Experiences supporting enterprise customers and their demanding requirements • The following certifications or comparable skills are required: - Firewall experience (Cisco ASA / Checkpoint) - WAN experience (Cisco) - LAN experience incl. Wireless (Cisco) - CCIE Certification ideally Data Center, but also Routing & Switching is ok if person has extensive experience in DC environments 2) F5 load balancer F5 Engineer that will be focused on complex, enterprise level F5, security and networking projects. Ideal candidate will have a strong F5 background, solid IT security expertise, and preferably have worked at a technology reseller or manufacturer. Skills/profile/responsibilities: • Hands on post sales deployments and expert troubleshooting • Traditional and cloud based F5 products, Application Security solutions • Technical Pre-sales Consulting when required • Will provide level 4 support as the final point of escalation and run with issues until the point of resolution • Supporting in rota shifts plus 24/7 On Call support when needed Qualifications: • Hold and active F5 Certification: 101, 201, 301, 401 (strongly preferred, but not required) • 5-7 years of hands on design, configuration, and delivery experience in F5 products • Specifically, LTM, GTM, ASM, APM, and iRules • Must have proven experience deploying F5 solutions out of the box (i.e. initial setup, F5 licensing process, base configurations, network configurations, deploying different modules, adding/removing VIPS, and advanced configurations) • Have a deep understanding of F5 portfolio 3) Voice expert Skills/profile/responsibilities: • design high quality solutions to integrate into the customer's unified communications and Telepresence services and technologies (IPT, VC, Jabber etc.) • implement new VoIP/Telepresence Services according to customer needs • provide technical support during planning of VoIP concepts and preparing offers that are in line with implementation and security requirements • 2nd / 3rd Level Support and daily operation • troubleshooting highly complex voice or video network problems • technical interface to 3rd party supplier or network providers 24/7 On Call support Qualifications: • Cisco Voice CCIE qualification • 5+ years working with telecommunications networks. Strong knowledge of voice/video components, network and telecommunications protocols and standards, voice and data infrastructure tools and services, QoS design and operation • Knowledge of Cisco Unified Communications Manager, Cisco Telepresence, Cisco Unity Connection, Cisco IM and Presence Service, Cisco Video Communication Server and Cisco Voice Gateways; • Knowledge in operation and delivery of high available solutions • Knowledge of operating systems (Windows, Linux), of databases (Oracle, MySql) and of Voice Recording systems (ASC) 4) Security expert Skilled and experienced (certified level) in (in priority order): • Check Point • Juniper (SRX & Netscreen) • Cisco Firepower • Tipping Point • Other firewall vendors (Palo Alto, ...) Skills/profile/responsibilities: • Required to support VTS and MSS team during incidents (ability to call out if at night, though doesn’t need to be on shift) • Required to support RCA analysis and leading resolution calls with VTS and vendors (technical lead) • Support from Architecture perspective • Ability to work with VTS and MSS as a technical lead and consultant • May need to travel to sites every now and then to work with VTS or to support critical changes • Support change preparation, 4 eyes principle etc, support RFS reviews and guide technical teams when planning RFS TSD work and implementation

Key Competencies and Skills:

• English - fluent knowledge • Excellent oral and written communication skills, product demonstration, customer service skills, and presentation skills required. • Comfortable with the ambiguity, pace, and adapting to new roles and environments

Education and Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or engineering preferred

Additional Information:

Cons

There is a great fluctuation of people in some teams which make it difficult to rely on co-workers. Sometimes it is tough to understand all those English accents from all around the world
