Tech Speialist, Network Ops Workflow

Bratislava , Slovakia

Senior Network Engineer who provides the highest level of support for leverage team supporting customer’s infrastructure, cooperate on project related to current customer migration plan toward FMO design. Act as point of contact between account delivery and operation teams.

Roles and Responsibilities:
Manage and implement complex NW changes as part of a project implementation for the existing customers, execute NW normal, non-standard or routine changes. Ensure network of the customers continues to operate efficiently with minimum downtime Understands, synthesis and clarifies customer need. Proactive to anticipate issues or situations which impact service quality, adapts quickly to new technology & understands complex infrastructures

Key Competencies and Skills:
Required Skills:
1) 3+ Years LAN/WAN
2) 3+ Years Network Security (Firewall, IPS,IDS)
3) Basic experience with Proxy technology and F5 technology
4) Strong communication skills
5) ITIL fundamentals

Desired Skills:
1) Analytical and complex incident solving skills
2) Experience in troubleshooting a broad range of network technologies
3) Ability to coordinate complex network changes involving several different support teams
4) Ability to meet deadlines
5) Understanding and clarifying customer needs

Education and Qualifications:
Cisco Certification to at least Network Associate (CCNA) or equivalent experience, ITIL or ITSM, Bachelors or higher degree of education

Additional Information:
Very good English level
from 1760 € brutto per month. Actual salary is likely to be higher based on skills, knowledge and experience.
