Roles and Responsibilities:
Performs non-technical project management work focused on internal AT&T projects and will manage these projects from initiation through delivery. Responsible for meeting the project requirements by applying project management skills, tools, and techniques to manage the project scope, quality, schedule, budget, resources, and risk. Conducts end to end project management of multiple projects and may also manage sub-components of a large program. Leads cross functional teams to complete projects or program deliverables. Identifies key internal and external stakeholders necessary for project completion and develops overall strategy for executive of high value projects and program. Defines project and program scope and objectives, guides activities of a project and program team including delegating tasks to team members, identifies resources, and establishes master timeline for deliverables. Projects and programs may be complex, span multiple business units, and require a high level of analysis to create project and program plans. Work with internal stakeholders to champion project(s) across the organization. Develops detailed work plans, schedules, and status reports. Conducts project meetings and is responsible for project tracking and analysis. Provides analytical guidance to project team. Recommends and takes action to direct the analysis and problem solutions. Communicates to client and leadership.

Required Skills: - Program Management - New deal and contract transition - Financial Due Diligence, Billing, Project Labor Pool roll-out, PxQ roll-out - End-to-End Process support (e.g., New Business Workshop, Speed to Delivery, etc.) - Interface with internal audit teams - Pricing; Rate Reviews/Changes - CEO Governance review and planning - Capital Management - Support development of Asset Refresh Plan as part of the Beltway Agreement - Secure Capital Budget for both Refresh (Legacy) and Service Growth (Legacy and GTM) - Manage and report Refresh and Growth Budgets - Manage Procurement approvals - Support Asset Sales/Transfer equipment valuation Desired Skills: - Performance Management for Beltway Agreement - Data collection, analysis, reporting of all operational performance trends - Volumes, SLAs, Changes, Incidents, Problem Resolution, and Root Cause Analysis activity - Management and delivery of Service Management Manual Annual Evergreen Process (contractual obligation) - Revenue Assurance - Support billing for Managed Network Services (e.g., Billing validations, true-ups, adjustments, etc.) - Support incremental Project billing - Support reporting for Regional Billing Teams (RBT) and financial analysis - Support Dispute Resolution - Maintenance Management - Support Maintenance Management Plan - Support Maintenance criteria plans to drive cost reductions and savings - Support and drive Maintenance cost initiatives
Education and Qualifications:
