HR Payroll Interface

In this role, the candidate will work with a highly dedicated and collaborative team in a truly International environment. We are motivated by processing payroll data in a way that employees have a seamless payroll experience. Whilst we are taking care of our day to day work, we are focused on enhancing the way we work and appreciate ideas and input from all our team members.

Roles and Responsibilities:

This team member is mainly responsible to ensure high quality of payroll relevant data and to process them accurately to the payroll provider. The team member also works very closely with the Finance Accounting organization on any questions coming up during the payroll cycle. In the less busy payroll periods there is room to work on process enhancements and projects.

Key Competencies and Skills:

* Administrative skills; data handling, data analyzing and reporting * Advanced in Excel - Pivot Tables and V-Look-up + experience with other MS Office programs * Experienced within an HR /Payroll function preferred * Stress resistant, able to work with strict deadlines * Team player but also able to work independent * Very well organized, able to prioritize workload * English is mandatory, other language capabilities are beneficial

Education and Qualifications:

Bachelor or equivalent.

Additional Information:
