As a Representative in a Credit & Collections Call Center, you’ll take a lead in keeping our customers connected. You will deliver a positive experience while working with customers to bring their overdue accounts current. Providing top-notch customer service with empathy and innovative solutions is what will deliver the answers our customers need – while also delivering a best-in-class experience.

Customer Service


As a Customer Service Representative, you’ll be part of a team of professionals dedicated to assisting customers with billing issues, technical questions, or just providing general help regarding their service. You’ll accomplish all of this using various tools and systems, as well as through your research savvy and resolution skills.

Loyalty (Retention)


As a Representative in a Loyalty Call Center, you’ll use an empathetic ear to deliver strong conflict resolution and relationship building skills to retain our valued customers. You will use your talents to offer customized solutions and transform a frustrated exchange to a best-in-class customer experience.



As a Representative in a Sales Call Center, you’ll take the lead at the front-line of our company by identifying sales opportunities and offering customized solutions — all while providing excellent service for millions of customers. At AT&T, we are establishing a new and fresh team of Credit & Collections specialists who will be our official representatives when dealing with some of our top business partners. Do you feel ready to join us? Apply today! 
During the call with U.S. customers, you will get access to a lot of useful tools that will assist you greatly with your job. Your task will be to collect the balance, understanding the problems our customers are facing, interpreting the information in your tools and guiding our customers to a complete resolution. Of course, not every issue can be addressed during your call. In some cases, you will have to connect them to other specialists, who will resolve their issues.

What you’ll do:
•    Respond to customer phone calls as the 'first line' of support for AT&T
•    Ensure a positive experience by providing the right customer solution
•    Handle a range of tasks related to payment options, bill charges and overdue account payments
•    Cooperate with other internal teams (Billing, Account Payable, Sales, ...)
•    Handles incoming telephone contacts with Business and Residence customers in pursuit of collecting company revenues.
•    Collects delinquent bills by making outbound telephone calls to customers or by written correspondence when appropriate.
•    Records data, notations, and or completes forms via on-line computer system while talking with customers.
•    Handles adjustments as appropriate for resolving discrepancies, facilitating payment arrangement negotiations, and extensions
•    of credit.
•    Computes and quotes adjustments, credit/security requirements, balances, amounts billed and/or rates to customers.
•    Takes necessary action using on-line system on delinquent accounts including restorals, denials and disconnects of service
•    where collection practice dictates.
•    Performs clerical work related to this assignment.
•    Makes decisions that will promote customer satisfaction and reinforce Company goals for revenue protection.

What you’ll bring:
•    To qualify, you will need to be fluent in English (B2-C1 level) and have the flexibility to work afternoon shifts (starting from 2.00pm until 10.30pm)
•    Experience in a Billing or Collection is a plus but is not essential. 
•    Logical thinking and a passion for problem solving
•    PC/Windows proficiency
•    Good organization skills and attention to detail
