DUTIES: Implement Adobe Analytics code on att.com by using Adobe DTM and work with developers to put analytics code on page source. Create a tagging spec for every product launch. Prepare tagging specs after reviewing UX flow, work with dev teams to implement the Spec. Tag specs will be created in AT&T developed tool Raptor. Post implementation validate the tag changes in Dev and QA environment. Coordinate with Dev team if any issues, proceed to go live if no issues found. Create measurement strategy and gather requirements from stakeholders for specific areas within their website. Gather and interpret data to enable strategic decision making. Use Business Object to pull data elements into a report format that Clients will use daily, weekly, and monthly to make strategic decisions. Work with the clients to focus on creating new metrics reports or upgrade existing reports when new online functionality launches for websites. Use Analytics tools to do deep dives on buy and checkout funnels to identify issues in flow as well as any anomalies in the data. Consult with business owners and developers to create tagging strategy using props, evars and events. Develop Adobe reporting focusing on acquisition, behavior and outcomes of online and cross-channel customers. Develop and sustain online analytics reporting and metrics through various channels such as Clickstream Adobe and Business objects. Deliver the reporting requirements in the Agile working environment. Check Adobe Analytics data reports on regular basis by selecting metrics like Page views, Visits and Instances. Evaluate features and user stories from product, documents and create the data specification and data test cases for movement of medium to high complexity data between applications. Create and sustain processes, tools, and on-going support structures and processes. Investigate and resolve data issues across platforms and applications, including discrepancies of definition, format and function. Work closely with product managers, digital analytics partners, analytics product team, and DBA’s to develop deep understanding on logical models to physical implementation. Responsible for improving data quality, defect management, executing on UAT and giving perspective on releases and hot fixes and provide insights and inputs to correctly make go and no-go discussions. Perform debugging and troubleshooting customer issues by using Omnibug, and NRT. Utilize Web Analytics, Adobe, My BI, Tableau and Snowflake. Utilize TDP, JIRA, iTrack, and AgileCraft. Utilize Charles Proxy, Ghostery, Tag explorer and observe point. Utilize CSS, HTML, Java Script, Selenium and SQL.
REQUIREMENTS: Requires a Bachelor’s degree, or foreign equivalent degree in Computer Engineering or Computer Science and 5 years of progressive, post-baccalaureate experience in the job offered or 5 years of progressive, post-baccalaureate experience in a related occupation performing debugging and troubleshooting customer issues by using Omnibug and NRT; utilizing Web Analytics, Adobe, My BI, Tableau and Snowflake; utilizing TDP, JIRA, iTrack, and AgileCraft; utilizing Charles Proxy, Ghostery, Tag explorer and observe point; and utilizing CSS, HTML, Java Script, Selenium and SQL.
