Job Summary:
This is a supervisory job responsible for directing cyber security areas across products, services, infrastructure, networks, and/or applications while providing protection for AT&T, our customers and our vendors/partners. Works on various projects relating to the protection of devices, customers, assets, data, information technology, and networks. Supports innovation, strategic planning, technical proof of concepts, testing, lab work, and various other technical program management related tasks associated with the cyber security programs both internal and external. Directs a group of Cyber Security employees in ideation, testing, proof of concept and support for various cyber related projects.
Responsibilities:
Establish and enforce PAM policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory and internal standards, mitigate risks, and accomplish AT&T specific goals.
Report on PAM activities and effectiveness to senior management and appropriate stakeholders.
Lead and manage the overall PAM delivery project team, including hiring, training, and development.
Lead the management of the day-to-day operations of the PAM solution, ensuring it is running efficiently, effectively and securely.
Build relationships with PAM vendors and key stakeholders throughout the organization.
Stay current on technologies and industry trends in the areas of responsibility and manage vendor relationships.
Manage contractors with vendors for services and licenses partnering with appropriate teams.
Drive strategy and roadmap for PAM and supporting technologies.
Qualifications:
Master's degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, Computer Science preferred.
8+ years of foundational Identity and Access Management related experience.
5+ years of experience with Privileged Access Management.
4+ years leading and managing multiple cybersecurity teams and projects.
In-depth knowledge of PAM technologies and solutions (Cloud and on-prem).
Experience with AWS, Azure, and/or GCP IAM and PAM concepts.
Ability to guide teams through complex issues and drive resolution for issues that arise within complex and high-risk applications.
Ability to effectively translate technical information between vendors, IT management and other internal and external IT teams.
Ability to work with all levels of management to define requirements associated with PAM services, incorporating security best practices.
Ability to build project plans, translate directives, and present project deliverables to upper management
Requires Daily Office Presence (3-5 days a week) at one of the listed locations. No relocation assistance is provided.
Our Associate Director Cybersecurity earns between $155,400 - $261,000 USD Annual, Not to mention all the other amazing rewards that working at AT&T offers. Individual starting salary within this range may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training.
