Roles and Responsibilities:
IGCSC Team performs Tier 1.5 function for IBM, shell and DXC accounts. iGCSC manages initail problem determination of technical issues and serve as the first point of contact for AT&T’s Customers whether the issue is proactively detected or reactively ebonded by the customer. Responsibilities also include engagement of higher level support, driving Bridge call or group chat. Liase between Service management, other technical support groups and customer. In order to perform this function, a multitude of tools, several means of communication and login access to infrastructure devices in order to bring the issues to resolution.
Key Competencies and Skills:
Hands on experience in Cisco and Juniper LAN WAN devices. Should know the Cisco WLAN architecture, experience on WC and NCS devices. Desired CCNA, CCNP is a plus. Good verbal and written communication. Team Player, ready to work in rotational shifts.
Education and Qualifications:
Any Degree in Computers
