Responsible for developing, planning, and directing all aspects of international service assurance work centers. Establishes, implements, and maintains service assurance work center standards to ensure the proper care of the organization’s client base.

Responsibilities and Roles: This is an individual contributor role in a team environment with active participation to support business and client functions. Candidates will perform Change & Incident Management – Proactive & Reactive, taking ownership of problem, troubleshooting & analysis, interface with client and across AT&T sister workgroups. This is a 24x7 rotational role.

  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Knowledge of firewalls and proxies
  • Hardware deployment, implementation, and troubleshooting skills
  • Self-Starter and self-learner
  • Willing to in 24x7 environment
  • Good communication skills
  • Customer and vendor follow up
  • Recommend possible solutions for customer issues
  • Provides day to day support for security engineering, operations tasks including assisting peers with issues and escalations

Skills: Knowledge of any of Cisco, Checkpoint, PaloAlto, Fortinet, proxy

Certification: Preferred Cisco CCNA, Checkpoint CCSP. Other security certifications will be added advantage

Minimum 1-4 years of experience in networking and or security-related discipline.
