AT&T is currently looking for a qualifed candidate to fill the role of Strategic Sales Planning Manager in our Cybersecurity organization.  The Strategic Sales Planning Manager provides matrix managed sales operations support to Senior Manager Sales Leaders within AT&T Cybersecurity.

Key Roles and Responsibilities: Responsible for directing the day to day operations of the aligned COE staff. Includes identifying resource requirements, negotiating sourcing from COE, assigning responsibilities and providing performance feedback to the chain of command supervisors. Synthesizes all aspects of the business operations to make strategic recommendations to Sales leadership on to go market and potential coverage models. Acts as the single face to the Sales leaders supported, serving as the escalation point for all Sales Operations support activities. Designs and implements the Sales Business Plan for supported region. Analyzes trends and growth targets, providing detailed feedback to the CFO and Saart Peers. Drives achievement of the Sales Plan by analyzing the performance of the sales channel and sales team. Develops strategies for improving effectiveness. Provides insight on the Sales Customer Base sales projects and client revenue that will drive the sales team to react faster and to be more proactive. Design and provide reporting to the sales teams to ensure that they have the information needed to make informed decisions and facilitate continual process improvements. Partners closely with Sales leadership to develop and design Comp plan recommendations, including being on point for Key Objectives design. Considered subject matter expert within the discipline. Manages highly complex work and provides strategic direction that is critical to the organization. Works without supervision with extensive latitude for independent judgment. May lead less experienced peers.

Education: Bachelors degree preferred.

Preferred experience:

•    1-3 years of work experience in data or analytics-based role in a related industry
•    Working knowledge of Salesforce or other CRM tools
•    Advanced MS Office Skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Sharepoint) 
•    Previous experience designing reports, data modeling and Tableau or Power BI knowledge 
•    Prior experience working in or with Sales Operations a plus
•    SaaS experience preferred
•    Highly motivated, self-starter, strategic/analytical thinker with a “can-do” attitude, flexibility to accommodate evolving business needs.
