Telephony/UC Data Reporting Analyst (Government)

Atlanta , Georgia


The ideal
candidate will have experience with IP Telephony and Microsoft Lync
reporting.  The position provides Tier
1 Unified Communications implementation and reporting support for the CDC.

Supporting management and internal organizations in data compiling and data
analysis required for day to day operations / Creating reports for higher
management and AT&T customers on daily-weekly-monthly basis using
internal web tools and MS Office applications / Attending regular review
calls and handling individual data analysis requests.                   

Understanding of client needs/business would help in the end results for
client reports / Ability to handle multiple influences and information and
re- prioritize work on demand / Experience with data analyzing, reports
creation, working with various information / Ability to work with multiple
teams and organizations and facilitate calls/efforts to resolve multifaceted
problems / Candidate should have basic Lync implementation skills in addition
to reports generation and analysis skills/. Experience with Microsoft Lync
applications and reporting / Maintain and document required Lync technical
and management reports for historical documentation / Conduct and provide
direct support to client’s in establishing Lync service / Provide low-level,
Tier 1 trouble-shooting support of all Telephony/UC services / Participate in
activities related to Telephony/UC environment tracking/documentation as
needed for security and data-resolution problems/troubleshooting / Adhere to
and enforce change management and compliance processes related to the
Telephony/UC environment / Participate in defined team projects and
activities. (such as new deployments, mailbox load balancing, large/small
Move/Add/Changes, meetings, etc.) / Perform after hours and/or weekend
maintenance activities as scheduled; conducting system tests after applying
patches, software installs, upgrades or hardware installs/upgrades. /
Schedule routine Telephony/UC environment audits and maintain system
inventory and documentation.

Preferred Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university and a
minimum of one year of analytical and/or technical experience.

Required Clearance: Candidate must be able to obtain and
maintain a CDC access clearance and pass drug and background checks.
