The Cricket Wireless Marketing organization is expanding and seeking top talent to deliver an integrated approach to launch holistic marketing campaigns.

As the Creative & Messaging lead for the Marketing organization you will manage, communicate, and develop processes to streamline marketing campaigns across multiple disciplines. These functions include advertising, performance marketing, sales promotion, digital and social marketing, retail merchandising, PR, and others to deliver consistent messages across all media.

In this role, you will combine analytic and communication skills with an excellent understanding of the full range of marketing techniques. You must possess solid teamwork skills as you’ll work with specialists from each marketing function. Project management skills are essential to coordinate the work of a wide range of different internal and external suppliers.

Plays a fundamental role in the development and planning of compelling creative concepts for all media. Works closely with all marketing creative teams (internal and external), information architects, and public relations teams to design and execute messaging that communicates AT&T's competitive advantages.

Key Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Has advanced knowledge of design principles and at least one design specialty.
  • Can independently manage multiple large-scale projects involving the management of both internal and external talent.
  • Responsible for applying those levels of knowledge and professional experience to the development of AT&T design processes, roles, and resources. 
  • Will develop scope, business case, launch roadmap, and support processes for an enterprise marketing platform to aid with the management and trafficking of all marketing campaigns.
  • Lead communication and workflows across core internal groups; Over-communicate on cross-project interdependencies
  • Hold cross functional teammates accountable for deadlines and deliverables
  • Serve as the key internal marketing comms liaison between all marketing functions, their external agency partners, and leadership on an ongoing basis

Education:

Preferred Bachelor’s degree in English, Journalism, Marketing, Creative Writing, or equivalent experience.

Experience:

Senior-level, real-world experience in design (8-10 years) with working knowledge of managing projects independently.

Work Designation - Flex Worker:

An employee who primarily works at their designated work location (or multiple designated work locations) 1 - 3 days a week (or more) or who splits time between a designated work location and working from home. This includes an employee who splits time between a client location and a designated work location.
