Cricket Wireless is looking for a Lead Product/UX Designer with a portfolio that demonstrates a passion for creating intuitive and meaningful experiences for customers. The selected candidate will be a key member of a dynamic group of UX professionals, working as the design lead for an agile scrum team. You’ll have broad responsibility across a digital product area, working iteratively to deliver solutions for complex customer needs. 

Position Responsibilities: 

  • Serve as the lead product designer for one of our Cricket digital experience scrum teams, managing all design initiatives from start to finish 
  • Design, prototype and develop intuitive and engaging customer experiences 
  • Partner with and support other scrum team members in pursuit of product and sprint goals
  • Partner with other UX designers, content strategists, analytics experts, user researchers, and software engineers to collaborate on the overall design strategy that leads to a more unified customer experience across the digital platform

Required Qualifications:

  • 5+ years using design thinking/Lean UX principles and processes while designing in a collaborative, agile/scrum structure to deliver customer-centric solutions (preferably for a consumer/service-oriented e-commerce company)
  • Expert skills in leading design/prototyping tools like Sketch and/or Figma
  • Experience using Optimizely or other A/B testing / experimentation testing
  • Experience implementing and working with design systems and pattern libraries
  • Experience using qualitative/quantitative data, as well as A/B testing, to generate insights, inform solutions and improve dynamic experiences for a diverse base of users

Desired Qualifications:

  • Experience using design/prototyping tools like Marvel, Abstract, Zeplin, Storybook, etc.
  • Experience coding basic UI elements in HTML and CSS
  • Bachelor’s degree in Design, Web Development, Human Computer Interaction, or related field of study preferred
