The preferred location for this role is Atlanta, GA; other locations will be considered.

As a member of the Targeted and Private Offer Execution Marketing team, you’ll execute a targeted offer marketing strategy to dynamically deliver the right offer, to the right customer, at the right time and in the right place resulting in increased sales of AT&T’s Wireless and Broadband products.

You will be a part of a team that analyzes complex data, communicates actionable insights through visualizations, instigates strategic thought, and prototypes analytic dashboards supporting an end-to-end and seamless offer execution process.  The team utilizes deep analytical knowledge to develop and focus on key performance indicators critical to dynamically delivering the right offer to the right customer. 

Basically, you’ll need the ability to look at data and see if the process for the offer is working and use the data to deliver recommendations on what needs to be fixed, and what is working well.

You will be the driving force behind efficient delivery of strategic insights and effective communication of offer performance.  You will partner closely with Marketing Strategists, Sales and Retention Operations, Business Analysts, and IT to design, implement, and evaluate offer tool optimization through agent center adoption, effective offer presentment, offer disposition and provisioning.  You will develop an end-to-end verification and validation for the process of our customer-centric offer execution strategy to highlight and bridge operational gaps while creating initiatives to improve process flows.

To be successful, it will help if you are someone who is analytical, has attention to detail, and is able to think strategically, creatively, and tactically. In this role you’ll be thinking big and diving deep to draw conclusions from data to drive strategy.

You will have a significant impact on the success of Targeted Offer initiatives as you help us foster customers' full profit potential, increase customer lifetime value, and maintain loyal and valued customer relationships.

Key responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive customer-centric decisioning offer execution
  • Align marketing offers strategy, channel, and targets with execution
  • Design, develop and implement offer efficiency and effectiveness dashboard leveraging key performance indicators and requirements for reporting
  • Projects may include analysis, clustering and segmentation analysis, data mining, test and control experimentation, and trend analysis
  • Leverage internal and external sources to explain or predict behavior and/or solve a variety of business problems
  • Develop business plans and influence leadership decisions through persuasive presentations of key insights, dashboards and solutions
  • Analyze functional problems (root cause analysis) and make recommendations for enhancements or modifications to deliver solutions
  • Formulate the analysis plan, determine the data requirements, extract and manipulate the data, conduct analyses, and develop a coherent story with clear, easy-to-follow conclusions and actionable recommendations for leadership and partner teams

Our Lead Product Marketing Manager, Targeted Offer Analytics  earn between $95,500.00 - $190,900.00

Qualifications:

  • 6+ years in data analysis and business analytics with ability to summarize complex data attributes to build executive summarizes and marketing plans
  • Ability to create informative and persuasive presentations with PowerPoint and communicate the results of quantitative analysis
  • Experience with data preparation and transformation for analysis utilizing SQL, Python and R, or Palantir   
  • Leadership skills to shape/lead growth, vision and marketing strategy
  • Experience with detailed quantitative analyses
  • Advance Knowledge of Business Intelligence Visualization Tools - Tableau, Microsoft PowerBI or Palantir Visualization
  • Knowledge of, or experience with Teradata, Vertica, Snowflake, Palantir, DataLake is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or similar field is preferred
