This career step requires senior level experience. This position analyzes data from multiple sources including datalakes, internal/external data, data warehouses, etc. Uses predictive modeling, statistics, trend analysis, and other data analysis techniques to collect, explore, and identify the appropriate data to be analyzed to explain or predict behavior, solve a variety of business problems, and build business cases.
We are looking for a dynamic and visionary leader to join our Tower Strategy Organization as the Strategic Initiatives and Negotiations Lead. This critical role involves spearheading groundbreaking initiatives and leading high-impact negotiations aimed at disrupting industry norms and seizing new opportunities. The ideal candidate will excel in building strategic partnerships, navigating complex contract negotiations, and driving innovative solutions.
Key Roles and Responsibilities:
Partnership Development: Cultivate and sustain strategic partnerships with disruptive vendors in the tower industry and other innovators to explore and implement cutting-edge ideas that reduce costs.
Strategic Contracting: Lead the creation of strategic contracts with potential partners, collaborating with external consultants, Corporate Development, legal, and regulatory teams to identify and execute cost-reduction strategies across the industry.
Executive Coordination: Advocate for high-level initiatives, secure executive buy-in, and develop scalable proof-of-concept plans to drive innovation and transformation.
Lead Negotiations: Take the lead in negotiating major deals, acting as the primary Deal Coordinator to develop and finalize terms that align with strategic objectives.
Tier 2 Escalations: Manage complex Tier 2 escalations that require advanced negotiation skills and legal expertise, including intricate audits and dispute resolutions.
Analytical Support: Provide comprehensive modeling and analytical support for large deals, coordinating with team members to ensure accurate and effective deal structuring.

Preferred Masters degree from an accredited University in a Quantiative field of study such as Data Science, Math, Statistics, Engineering or Physics.

Our Lead Advanced Analytics, earns between $116,700.00-$175,100.00 USD Annual, Not to mention all the other amazing rewards that working at AT&T offers. Individual starting salary within this range may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training.
