What You’ll Do:

  • Lead the solution architecture across the entire project lifecycle—from business development to ongoing operations.

  • Define and enhance business processes by gathering requirements and translating them into actionable, innovative solutions.

  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration with customer IT environments.

  • Maintain solution integrity and ensure designs meet both business and technical needs, leveraging industry best practices and Amdocs assets.

  • Present end-to-end solutions to executives, sponsors, and technical resources in clear, audience-appropriate language.

  • Drive the creation and delivery of POCs, demos, and documentation to illustrate solution value.

  • Guide technical experts and product teams to align deliverables with the overall solution design.

  • Stay at the forefront of industry and technology trends to identify new business opportunities and maintain competitive advantage.

What You’ll Bring:

  • At least 5+ years of experience defining requirements and enhancing business processes, with a strong background in telecom industry standards and E2E business processes.

  • Deep knowledge of telecom products, technical architecture, and industry best practices.

  • Proven expertise in leading complex, cross-domain solutions and project implementations.

  • Hands-on technical skills with Jira, Bitbucket, Kafka, Jenkins, Docker, Kubernetes, SQL Server, and cloud deployment (Azure preferred).

  • Experience with automation (Node-Red, Jenkins, Ansible), scripting (Python, JavaScript, Bash), and reporting/BI tools (MicroStrategy, Power BI).

  • Experience with artificial intelligence (AI) technologies or prior exposure to AI-driven projects is preferred. Familiarity with CoPilot or similar tools.

  • Sparx tool experience is highly desirable.

  • Degree in Computer Science, Industrial Engineering & Management, or a related field; Azure Cloud Engineer certification is a plus.

  • Strong communication skills with the ability to clearly articulate solutions to stakeholders at all levels.

  • Creative problem-solver with demonstrated ability to deliver cost-effective, high-value technical solutions.

Our Lead Solution Architecture, earns between $128,400-$215,800 USD Annual, Not to mention all the other amazing rewards that working at AT&T offers. Individual starting salary within this range may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training.
