Manager - D2D Agents


Working as a Manager - D2D (Door to Door) Agent, you will drive growth and protect customer bases in the consumer markets space, through effectively penetrating new and existing customer channels, events and communities. You will be responsible for developing partnership with internal and external resources.  Your team will execute sales planning strategies, analyzing customer need and solutions.
Additional Responsibilities:
  • Increase productivity of current channel and identify new channels
  • Assist agents in jointly analyzing customer needs and provide telecommunications suggestions
  • Ensure participants recruit, hire, train and, remove non-performers for the business to the same standards as AT&T does with its internal employees
  • Assist internal and external partners with competitive positioning of AT&T Consumer Markets with customers
  • Ultimately responsible for ensuring that the customers needs are met and the customers are satisfied overall with AT&T

Required Qualifications:
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Ability to interface with external entities
  • Strong communication skills (oral & written)
  • Strong organization & planning skills
  • Inside/Outside sales background
  • Must be a self starter
  • Valid Drivers License
  • Sales Background
  • Management and organization skills
Desired Qualifications:
  • Door to Door sales experience
  • Project Management experience
