Overall Purpose: Responsible for overall strategy and plan development for revenue and value for AT&T and its subsidiaries through acquisitions or joint ventures both domestic and abroad. Key Roles and Responsibilities: Responsible for overall strategy and plan development for revenue and value for AT&T and its subsidiaries through acquisitions or joint ventures both domestic and abroad. Review and plan strategies around information on market conditions, regulatory environment, competitive conditions, strategic and business plans, and existing business and technical operations. Ensure proper legal, accounting and business inspection of acquisition or joint venture. Review financial models to assess the economic value of potential transaction. Review demand forecasts and key operating projections for the valuation of target transactions. Present information and findings around transactions for internal approval from Officers or Executives of AT&T and affiliates. Typically oversees acquisition team or teams on large and complex potential transactions of more than 250 million. Education: Bachelors or Advanced degree preferred. Experience: Typically requires 10 or more years of experience and at least two years of management responsibility. Supervisory: Yes.
