Job Description:
Job Summary: Sr. Specialist Application/Production Support provides expertise, collaborates with stakeholders, troubleshoots issues, and adheres to company policies and compliance standards, ensuring success and excellence. Resource should also be able to accept duty of the Incident Commander wherein he/she drives the Outage call with the technical skills he/she possess.
Roles and Responsibilities:
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Tier 1 application support provides initial response to alerts, alarms, and trouble tickets; perform morning health checks; take immediate known or documented actions to support and recover applications / jobs; as needed engage the next support level; follows AT&T incident management practices that includes Outage Calls, recovery participation and communication support; post incident RCA & other support meetings, supports changes and releases but does not deploy changes.
• 2-3 years of end-to-end hands-on experience in implementing Oracle’s EPM Cloud suite of products such as PBCS, EPBCS, FCCS etc.
• Strong functional understanding of Financial Planning and Budgeting and Financial consolidation.
• At least 3 years’ experience in supporting multiple EPM Cloud modules by directly interacting with client business and IT team.
• Experience working in production support life-cycle processes for large organization.
• Experience in working with complex EPM integrations involving multiple source systems and both direct integrations, EPM Agent based integrations and file-based integrations
Hands-on experience with managing Linux based EPM environments and autosus based job scheduling.
• Hands-on experience with Essbase 21C and all associated scripts, data loads and maintenance
• Ability to connect with multiple teams and work in collaborative to resolve support issues.
• Ability to run monthly/quarterly run book, co-ordinate with various teams/people involved in that process and update the status of the same to management.
• Experience in delivering training to users and manage multiple deliverables at the same time
experience in EPM Automate, HFR and SmartView reporting.
• Hands on experience in building application artifacts (Configuring Dimensions, creating data forms/business rules/calculations, EPM Automate scripts etc.), building data integrations and designing Dashboards & Reports
