Job Description:

Our Product Development group, part of AT&T’s Technology Services (ATS) organisation, is responsible for building software-based products, services, and platforms that our customers love and need.  Harnessing technology and rebuilding software expertise, the team is inspiring simplicity with projects that deliver revenue and cost savings opportunities.

You are a creative leader who is responsible for driving and executing design strategy for the company’s product portfolio. As a founding member of the User Experience team, you have an influential role in our user experience visions. You will work with cross-functional teams and play a critical role in *maintaining* a strong design culture that ensures every product is user-centered and loved, visually stunning, and achieves business objectives.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Contribute to the product design vision and direction for the product, from concept development to design and launch.
  • Partner with Product Design leaders, Product stakeholders, and Engineers to define design requirements to address user needs and business goals.
  • You are committed to quality and detail oriented. You will help ensure that our experience visions are reflected in the final product.
  • Help maintain a culture of creativity, learning, and continuous improvement.
  • You are a great communicator — articulate and confident. You will help create and present visually compelling product video demos.

Qualifications:

  • Experienced in delivering successful products, as well as the ability to think creatively and strategically.
  • A strong portfolio demonstrating high quality product design, ability to navigate through ambiguity, experience with creating design systems, and engaging presentation skills.
  • You have a deep understanding of design principles, design thinking methodologies, and user research.
  • Experienced with designing for complex applications.
  • Experience with Figma.
  • 5 years of experience in the Design field.
  • 5+ years of experience working collaboratively across functions: product, engineering, design, marketing, data science, and sales.

EMEA (approx. 9am-5,30pm CET)

Compensation:

Salary for Czech Republic starting from 119 000CZK gross monthly.

Salary for Poland starting from 17 600PLN gross monthly.
The actual offered salary may be considerably higher based on your skills, knowledge, and experience.

Location:

This is a hybrid-flex worker position where our preference is for you to be present with your team in the office at least 1-3 times per week.
